Helen Louise (Bamber) Albert

Westfield - Helen Louise Albert, 85, passed away Monday surrounded by her loving family.  Helen was born December 29, 1932 in Bangor, Maine to the late Donald and Norma (Hall) Bamber.   Helen loved her family the most and was a very loving person.   She was devoted to her faith and enjoyed reading the bible.  Helen enjoyed cooking for her family, and her neighbors and enjoyed being outside at family gatherings.  She was a member of the Word of Grace Church in Westfield. Helen was pre deceased by her beloved husband Arthur Albert Jr. in 2002 and her 8 brothers and sisters.  She is survived by her children Arthur Albert III and his wife Debra of Southwick, Linda Clukey and her husband James of Pittsfield, Barbara Kirk and her husband Richard of Salem, CT, Susan Gauthier and her husband David of San Antonio, TX, Debora Eggleston and her husband Kenneth of West Suffield, Michael Albert and his wife Debra of Killingworth, CT, Timothy Albert and his wife Heather of Barre, MA, John Albert and his wife Janet of Springfield, Douglas and his wife Denise of Agawam, Julie Morin and her husband Robert of Springfield, and Carol Brown and her husband Will of Augusta, ME. She was the cherished grandmother to 30 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grand child.  She was the caring sister to Marion Provost of Bangor, ME.  There will be a Memorial Service, Sunday January 7, 2018 at 5:00PM at Word of Grace Church, 848 North Road in Westfield.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Helen’s memory to the American Cancer Society, 59 Bobala Rd, Holyoke, MA 01040.  Westfield Funeral Home and Cremation is assisting the family with these arrangements, please visit www.westfieldfuneralhome.com for Helen’s memorial page.
