Westfield - Joseph James Carpowits, Jr., 90, passed away Monday, Dec. 4th, at home surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his wife, Lorraine (Wood) of 70 years, two daughters Sue, son-in-law Leo Donahue of Russell, MA, and Nan Carpowits of Westfield. He leaves behind two grandchildren - Leigh Jenks of Stephen City, VA and Megan Donahue of Haverhill, MA. He also leaves behind two great grandchildren Dylan & Abigayle Jenks. Per Josephs request there no calling hours and burial to be private for his immediate family only.
