Agnes Marie (Blascak) Wozniak

Agnes Marie (Blascak) Wozniak, 79, passed away peacefully on September 26, 2020 at Baystate Medical Center, surrounded by her loving children.  Agnes was born on November 8, 1940 in Westfield, daughter to the late Adelard Dumaine and Agnes (Goodrow) Bettinger.  Agnes was raised and educated in Westfield, and was a life long resident.  She worked for many years at Columbia Bike and later in the Westfield Public Schools in the school cafeteria.  She loved her family the most and her “Girls Night Out.”  She enjoyed many trips to Stoneington, CT to visit her twin sister Ann, tagsales, and also working on her yard,  and going to Foxwoods with their daughters. .  She is survived by her beloved children Gerald Blascak and Cheri Retchin and her husband Robert.  She was the cherished “Grammy” to Jenette, Matthew, and Aaron, and great “Grammy” to Chyanne, Dakota and Bentley, and her brother John Dumaine, and her sister Ann.  Agnes was predeceased by her husband Edward Wozniak, her twin sister Ann, and her brother Duke Jr.  Calling hours for Agnes will be on Friday, October 2, 2020 from 10:00AM - 12:00PM.  A Funeral Home service will follow at 12:00PM with a burial at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Westfield.  To express condolences to the family, please visit Agnes’s tribute page at www.westfieldfuneralhome.com.
