Angelina R. Lacy, 99, passed away peacefully on July 2, 2020 at Genesis Westfield Center. Angelina was born on August 2, 1920 in Pittsfield, daughter to the late Giacomo and Candida (Filpi) Ruscetta. Angelina was a woman who was devoted to her faith, and was a communicant of St. Peters/St. Casimirs Church in Westfield. She lived a long full life, was a homemaker who loved to cook, can, knit and sew. She spent her retirement years in Citrus Springs, FL with her husband William. She is survived by her children Candida Schnopp and her husband Stephen of Westfield, William Lacy (Sandi) of Bedford, NH, and James Lacy (Karen) of Salem, MA. She was the cherished grandmother to 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Angelina was predeceased by her husband of 52 years William H. Lacy. The family wishes to thank the nurses and staff at Westfield Center, Compassus Hospice staff and Pastor Juan, Deacon Dave Przybyloski from Our Lady of the Lake, and Diane Zaschak from Holy Trinity for bringing communion to Angelina weekly. Their support and loving care are greatly appreciated. A private burial will take place at the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main Street in Agawam.
