CORINNE ELIZABETH COACH

EASY GRANBY, CT – Corinne Elizabeth Coach, 32, passed away on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at St Francis Hospital in Hartford, CT

Corinne was born on June 3, 1992, in Springfield, MA to Raymond P Coach and Kelly A Green. 

Corinne graduated from Gateway Regional School District Class of 2010.

Corinne has worked for several years at MeadowBrook of Granby, CT where she greatly enjoyed her role as Assistant Director of Activities for the residents. 

Corinne enjoyed cooking and had earned a culinary degree from Holyoke Community College.

Corinne’s passion and empathy were apparent in her cooking and the way she was able to bring everyone together. It was also reflected in her career as she earned a degree in therapeutic recreation, and helped some of the most vulnerable in our community.

In her spare time she enjoyed painting, and was always up to the challenge of a 1000+ piece jigsaw puzzle.  She loved to travel and and have great experiences. New cuisines, music festivals, museums, national parks, and especially the beach.

Corinne is predeceased by her paternal grandparents Peter Coach and Geraldine Gurley, and her maternal grandfather George Green. 

Survivors include her father Raymond P Coach of Wales, MA, her mother Kelly A Green of Westfield, MA, her maternal grandmother Jennie Sullivan and her husband James of West Springfield, MA, her fiancé Derek Trider  of East Granby, CT,  her half-brothers RJ Coach, Jesse Coach, and Patrick Coach and her half-sister Scarlet Coach all of Wales, MA, her best friend Ashley Shirley of West Springfield, MA,  along with many other family members and friends.  

A procession will form at 12:15 PM on Thursday, July 11, 2024, at Westfield Funeral Home, 4 Princeton St, Westfield, MA 01085 proceeding to Pine Hill Cemetery, Westfield, MA for a graveside service and burial.  There will be no viewing or calling hours.
