Earl Roy Bousquet, 93, passed away peacefully Thursday, May 7, 2020 at Baystate Medical Center. Earl was born on June 22, 1926 in Greenfield, son to the late George and Florence Bousquet. Earl was a life long resident to Chester. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during WWII and the Korean Conflict. Earl worked as a gas fitter for Hammill - McCormick for many years, after his retirement, he moved to Chester and built his home for the past 30 years. Earl enjoyed music and playing guitar. He was an avid dancer, and enjoyed dancing with his dance partner Barbara Dunlevy. Earl spent many days outdoors hunting, fishing and golfing. Earl is survived by his children, Allen Robare(Cheryl) of Springfield, Diane Bousquet(Michael Rinaldi) of Feeding Hills, and Stephen Bousquet(Lory) of West Springfield. He was the cherished “Grampy” to Ryan(Sarah), Stephen Jr., Katy and Brendon, and great grandfather to Colin, Luke and Cameron. He was the caring brother to Shirley and Joyce. Earl was predeceased by his brother Raymond, his sister Eleanor, and his dance partner Barbara Dunlevy.
