JOSHUA WAS BORN ON AUGUST 31, 1982, IN HOLYOKE, MA, AND ATTENDED EAST HAMPTON HIGH SCHOOL.

JOSHUA ENJOYED FISHING AND WAS AN AVID HOCKEY FAN.

HE LEAVES HIS MOTHER ROXANNE DESTPOMP AND HER HUSBAND ROLAND, HIS SISTERS CANDACE ROSS AND JESSICA DESTPOMP, ALONG WITH MANY OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS.
