Joseph R. Convery passed away at home on Sunday, March 28, 2021. Joseph was born in Butler, PA on December 16, 1974 and spent most of his life in Westfield, MA. He enjoyed good music, good people and good times. He was sweet, kind and generous, he had the best laugh and could always put a smile on your face. He learned the skills to be a mechanic from his father, Roger J. Convery, worked many years side by side with him and took over his business, Roger’s Truck Repair in Westfield with the help of his lifelong friend Tony Romano. He proudly helped his family and friends with their car troubles, rescuing many people over the years. Joseph is survived by his mother, Linda Bowser (Green) and her husband Thomas, his sister Barb Convery and her fiancé, Tim Morin, many more family members from Pennsylvania, and many friends who he called family. He is predeceased by his father, Roger J. Convery and his brother, Richard A. Convery. Calling hours will be Friday, April 16th from 5:00PM - 6:00PM at the Westfield Funeral Home and Cremation, 4 Princeton Street in Westfield. A burial will be private for the family.
