MICHAEL A. DEMARINIS

SOUTHAMPTON - Michael DeMarinis JR. 77 of Southampton, MA. passed away Thursday, October 5th, 2023 after battling brain cancer for 3 long, hard years.

Michael was known by his family as Junior and by friends as Mike. He was born to Michael and Josephine DeMarinis, on January 14th, 1946.

He was an amazing husband and father, an all-around family man.  He never stopped showing how much family meant to him till the very end.

Mike is survived by his wife Lynda and three children Shelly, Frank and Vito. He is also survived by his sister Carol LaPolice and her husband Mike LaPolice and their children Nichole and Alex. His Sister-in-law Susan Dorsey and her three girls Emily, Megan and Jackie. Also, his nephew David and Niece Debbie.

His many friends and co-workers showed nothing but admiration and respect which we appreciate greatly. Mike worked and was a loyal associate at the Springfield Republican for over 46 years, then moved on to work with his son at Sage Engineering and Contracting Inc for another 8 years. 

Mike was predeceased by his parents, Michael & Josephine and his brother Nick and his wife Donna.

We will always remember what an incredible husband, father, brother, son, uncle, and friend he was, full of life, humor and the best advise anyone could give. He will always be loved and missed by many!!
