MICHAEL JOSEPH URBANSKI

WESTFIELD - Michael ''Mike" Urbanski of Westfield, MA passed away Jan. 31, 2023, at Baystate Medical Center surrounded by his family & friends.

Michael was born in Westfield on Feb 3, 1969, to Joseph and Constance Urbanski.

He grew up in Chester, MA, and attended Gateway Regional High School. He received his degree in electrical engineering from UMASS and his MBA from UConn. He spent almost his entire career at United Technologies/Raytheon.

Mike was an engineer and loved to put things together and figure out how they worked. He enjoyed being outdoors and being around his friends. He was a diehard Patriots fan.

He cared about many things, but mostly about his family, especially his girls. He had an incredible sense of humor and kept his family laughing until the very end.

Mike was a devoted father to four girls. He is survived by Elise, Cara, Leah, and Anna Urbanski as well as Michelle Urbanski; his parents Joseph and Constance Urbanski of Goose Creek, SC; his sister Kathi Urbanski of Goose Creek, SC, sister Mary Meeks of North Charleston, SC, sister Karen D'Amico of Douglas, MA, and brother Steve Urbanski of McClellanville, SC as well as his beloved nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

A celebration of his life will be held later in the year.
