Nancy A. (Noble) Puskey, 83 of Westfield, passed away on June 4, 2019, after a brief illness, with her family by her side. Nancy was born in Ware and was the daughter of the late Ernest and Rachel (Nimtz) Noble. Nancy and her husband Edmund moved to Westfield in the late 1950’s. Nancy worked at Buxton and Southworth Paper in Agawam and was a member of the First Congregational Church in Westfield where she taught Sunday school for a number of years. Nancy had many interests – one being camping with Edmund and her three children in Popham Beach Maine, and later – after she retired – she and Ed spent many summers camping in Hampton Beach. She loved gardening and took great pride with her Hosta garden, always on the hunt for different varieties of plants. She loved to feed the wild birds and was thrilled when she would get numerous cardinals at the feeder all at once. Nancy was also a dog lover with the standard poodle being her favorite breed. She enjoyed taking bus trips with “the girls” and spent many Saturdays in New York City and other fun locations. Nancy was predeceased by her husband Edmund who passed away in October 2017. Nancy leaves her daughter Betsy Phillips and her husband James of Brimfield, her son John Puskey and his wife Deb of Russell, and her son Jeffrey Puskey of West Springfield. She also leaves her brother Fred Noble of Westfield and her sister Karen Noble and her partner John Kaminski of North Brookfield. Nancy will be greatly missed by all that knew her. A private service will be held to honor her memory. Cards of condolences may be sent in care of Betsy Phillips at P.O. Box 28, Brimfield, MA 01010.
