Shannon Marie Hernandez

Shannon Marie Hernandez, 33, passed away on April 22, 2021 at Baystate Medical Center after a short illness.  Shannon was born on December 20, 1987 in Holyoke.   She was raised and educated in Westfield and was a graduate of Westfield High School.  She enjoyed being a wife, mother and nurse, she loved the out doors and camping with her family at Sodem Mountian in Southwick, and enjoyed trips to the beaches in Rhode Island.    She was an amazing woman and loved her family and close friends.  She is survived by her husband of 8 years Daniel Hernandez, and their daughter Gabriella Hernandez, and her mother Kathleen Doran and her husband Thomas.  She was the caring sister to Matthew Ouellette, Virginia Doran and Elizabeth Doran.  She will be missed by her sister-in-laws Barbara Jimenez, Cecilia Mendoza, her niece Izalea Ortiz, and many friends and extended family.  She was predeceased by her father Mark Ouellette.  All services for Shannon will be private for the family.  To express condolences to the family of Shannon, please visit www.westfieldfuneralhome.com.
