Shirley A. Pickford

Shirley A. Pickford, 89, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 2, 2020.  Shirley was a 7th Degree of Grange, member to the Grange #48, and was an avid Bingo player. She was predeceased by her husband George W. Pickford on January 11, 1998, her grandson son Roger Jr. and great granddaughter Kayla LaChappele. She leaves her children Linda Barchenski of Westfield, Stephen Pickford of FL, Barbara Sikop and her husband Daniel of Huntington, Mark Pickford and his wife Judy of Westfield, Roger Pickford and his wife Sheila of Westfield, and Bruce Pickford of Westfield.  She was the cherished Grandmother to  George, Raymond, Jennifer, BethAnn, Christopher, Justin, Jeremy, Kirsten, Samantha and Sean, and the great grandmother to 12.  The family would like to thank the Westfield Gardens for their excellent care during her stay.  Calling hours for Shirley will be Friday, February 7th, from 4:00PM-7:00PM at Westfield Funeral Home, 4 Princeton Street in Westfield.  A Funeral Home Service will follow at 7:00PM.  A Spring burial will take place at Norwich Bridge in Huntington.  To express condolences to the family, share photos and memories, please visit Shirley’s memorial page at www.westfieldfuneralhome.com.
