Pam, It's been said, that a mother should never have to bury her child. Unfortunately, I did. BUT I couldn't have picked a more perfect funeral director. You are special, Pam! You made me and my family feel like you were personal friends of ours!! Your personality and professionalism is beyond what I could have ever asked for! My heart is heavy, but your beautiful spirit lightened it a bit!! Thank you again, Pam! If someone is looking for the person to plan theirs or a member of their families' services, you'd be doing yourself a disservice to have anybody else but Pam from Westfield Funeral and Cremation. I suffered a tradegy, but Pam was there at ever turn of the process!
First off, I would like to thank you very much for your kindness and professionalism in dealing with my stepdad’s funeral arrangements.
My mother especially wishes you to know that she felt very comfortable dealing with you.
Pamela, you have been amazing. I am not just saying it during these difficult times. As I have said before, the past three funerals have been difficult but its been more of all the thinking that I have had to do, not knowing if I forgot to do something. You have kept me on track and you have been the one thinking of every detail. This has not been my experience so I feel very very blessed that you have been there for me and my family. Really amazing. I wish you the very very best as your business and service to those in need continue to flourish with great success. Thank you Pamela.
I just want to thank you for the special way you took care of my mother. My mom was a sweet loving person and you had all those same qualities when talking with my sister MaryEllen and myself. I know you were just the right person to be with her. You made her look beautiful and I truly appreciate it. Thank you so much.
I want to personally thank you for being so empathetic and kind to my husband Richard. I also believe it is important to let you know that my son's were so thankful when you and your good guy (Westfield's finest) ---came to Russell on Saturday morning. It meant more to me than you will ever know as I could not be with them. Sometimes in this life, we never know how profound our simple actions are to people we have just met.
We are always interested in hearing from the families that we serve. Please take a moment to let us know how well we served you in your time of need. We very much appreciate your feedback.
